Requirement for Permission and Full Disclosure in Longitudinal Studies

To Academic Researchers

I am writing to inform all academic researchers that any longitudinal study involving me, my data, my family or my personal and business information, including entities and interests are strictly prohibited without obtaining explicit permission from me. Additionally, researchers must adhere to the following guidelines:

* Permission: Researchers must seek my informed consent before initiating any longitudinal study that involves my participation or data collection.

* Intentions: Researchers must clearly disclose their intentions, objectives, and the scope of the longitudinal study they wish to conduct.

* Findings: Upon completion of the study, researchers are required to share the findings with me in a comprehensive and understandable manner.

* Results: Researchers should openly and honestly disclose the results of the longitudinal study to ensure transparency and accountability.

I believe that transparency and respect for individuals' autonomy are fundamental principles in academic research. Therefore, I expect full compliance with these guidelines to safeguard my rights and privacy.

Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in appropriate legal action. Please acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms before commencing any research involving me.
